Protest on college campuses

It was funny when they offered the cops sphagetti and then the sound the big water bottle made bonking off their helmet was neat
First, a growing consensus: there is a genocide and an ethnic cleansing going on in Gaza and the West Bank. The US, despite some criticism towards Israel, are still providing weapons and munitions that are used by Israel to kill civilians in Gaza on a daily basis.

Second, a fact which I consider significant: Germany, maybe Israel's staunchest ally in Europe, has recently resumed funding the UNRWA. Probably because A/ the death toll of Palestinians is unacceptable and B/ it seems Israel has yet to provide evidence for UNRWA links with Hamas.

My view: This makes for a reasonable ground for a citizens' protest in the US. However, I do believe there are limits: the protests should be non-violent, and should not interfere with the academic schedule. Provided those limits are respected, I believe students have the right to occupy university grounds. US war crimes in Vietnam deserved to be denounced. So do Israel's in Palestine.

As per my college experience most students doesn't even know why they are protesting they just get forced by the union related to specific political parties for protest. Infact many doesn't even want to attend the rally but the political leaders forces to join and u know in India in most colleges the president of the students union is an ex student and elections doesn't happen for more than few decades like the president of my college union is a guy aged above 40 they just simply forces.
I think it is of a great importance to rise as people in a peaceful way as they did for weeks, we need all people because the cause is just. Otherwise their own made law's are not valid. Does that change anything? No. Sadly, but it's appreciated and you showed that at least you were on the good side of history.

So you try to tell us and I knew it gonna blow wind this topic with many other answers before, that most are there camping and protesting because they don't know why or forced by some secretive union? There are grown up's here... Other countries, public demonstrations as well by some Union? Many Independent news if not all say same as well? But you say they were forced instead go play ps5 home in comfort etc? lol!

It should not come to that, demonstrations are always legitimate, but not these demonstrations, which are violence that supports terrorism and anti-Semitism and disrupts life and does not allow Jews to enter, etc. And most of them don't even know what they're protesting, and by the way, it's also illegal (see Section 6 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964)
