Players that not move in a losing position

Dont make a move for 15 minutes hoping for a disconnection of the winner, or offering draws the move before the checkmate is not a "psychological tricks", is ridicolous tricks.

who care if my opponents not break rules, for me is ridicolous to play using the disconnections, offering continuosly draws in losing position or nor move for 15 minutes hoping if my connections is good.

this is my opinion.
Just now i won against one of this players....

I play standard game 15+10.
My opponent was in a losing position and losing material (4 pawns+rook for me, 2 pawns+bishop for him)
and him, blocked!!...NOT A MOVE for OVER THAN 14 minutes!!!
I had to wait 14 minutes in front of my tablet. :-\

but, why ?
It is a game, what is the problem to lose??
sometime you win, sometime you lose, what's the probem??

is not the first time that i met this kind of players....
i think is the 6-7 time in 200 games.

but there is chance to report to lichess.org this players?

what's your problem?, there is a time limit, just wait ..... if your opponent don't make a move in a losing position, there is no problem with that. this is a game with rules ... not moving in a losing position is not listed on the rules ...... i myself sometimes don't move in a losing position .... it's useless ... i'll just go back to the move history and review? i asked myself a question. Where did I go wrong? I analyzed my blunder while my opponent is waiting for my move .... I know he is angry or mad even if we don't see face to face because it is an online match, but what can I do, It's my choice not to make a move .... a choice has a reason ... not just a reason but sometimes deeper reasons that comes on mind that cannot be explained ... i know i am not good at chess ... i'm just saying my side because I'm one of them ... i know you are also one of them, sometimes .....
you use the time for Analyze your errors!?

you can analyze off-line, resign, and you have all the time for analyze!
is not correct to analyze your errors, and stocking your opponents for 20 and more minutes in front of a monitor.

Are you serious!?

bha..... the last 2 comments to this post are incredible.

now i understand who tell that the best decision is to ban this players......
ScaccoLento, if you don't agree with the rules, fund your own chess website and ban every player from it. Maybe then you will feel better.
Options for when this happens:
1- Wait for them to lose on time
2- Not wait and resign yourself

Complaining about it may help. Whining will not.

If its an unrated game, resign and use the remaining time to block that player.

If you care that much about their attitude, resign anyways and block that player. Maybe losing 5~15 rating points is worth to you if it annoys you so much.
whatever you do please dont say anything in the chat too soon. I use more time when I in trouble, play many 3 0 games, and if Im in trouble can easily use more than one minute, but I am always thinking in the game (well, sometimes I recieve a phone call I hate when that happens xd)
We live in an imperfect world.
Approximately 20% of people have mental problems at one point in their lifetime. Some of them are psychopaths with antisocial behavior and no empathy. They are among us, around 1% of the general population. So yes, we are going to meet them on the chessboard or in our life.
Also immature people are legion, simply because of the laws of biology. The brain is not mature before the age of 25 . That's a lot of people.
I guess playing 5+20 instead of 15+10 will limit the monkey business and give you the same amount of time .
