SSL connection issues

Here's an update on the connection issues that some players currently experience, due to recent updates in Internet security certificates. If you can read this message, your current device is not affected. Please discuss unrelated issues on a different thread.

If you run Android, it should be fine, now. Please try again.

If you run one of the operating systems listed below, please note that it no longer receives security patches, and puts your personal data at serious risk. We strongly recommend updating.

If you run Windows XP before SP3, the only good solution is to upgrade or install a new operating system.

If you run Windows XP SP3, you can use www.waterfox.net/, a fork of Firefox with support for Windows XP, because it does not rely on the operating system certificate store.

If you run Windows 7, you can use Firefox, because it does not rely on the operating system certificate store.

If you run iOS before version 10, the only good solution is to upgrade or install a new operating system.

If you run MacOS before 10.12.1, you can use Firefox, because it does not rely on the operating system certificate store.

If you use another operating system, or the advice above does not solve the problem, please fill this form to help us diagnose the issue: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSelwPvTFpuK4Sw3swBAWysIpX64jphMHpDdKrIIGlwi3QxacA/viewform
