OTB in Serbia - Norm tournaments in Pozarevac

> @mvhk The average would be around 30 I guess, most players in their twenties, the higher titled players are usually older. I believe an FM close to 50 years would still fit in such tournament, however needs to be very well prepared and give it all :-)

In open tournaments most of my opponents are also much younger nowadays. Lately in average 1 out 9 is still older and often it is a professional player having no other option anymore in life than playing chess.

B.t.w. a few years ago I made a draw with black against GM Radoslav Dimitrov. There were 2 anecdotes connected to that game:
- The toilet-swindle: letting your clock run down for 38 minutes while your opponent has no time to go the toilet see chess-brabo.blogspot.com/2020/05/swindels-part-2.html I found it very childish and not sportive.
- I was 10 minutes late for the game as I was stuck in traffic due to an accident. Nevertheless thanks to a clever preparation I quickly got the upperhand. schaken-brabo.blogspot.com/2020/07/vakantie-deel-7.html
