Pros and Cons to being a lichess patron

Please help me decide this, I've got some ideas below

Pros:
That funky symbol next to my name
supporting a good cause, and the thibaultinator
it may mean they develop features like bughouse

Cons:
I will be marginally poorer
Chess.com gives you something for paying
Lichess accepts abuse openly on the forums.

Ask not what Lichess can do for you, ask what you can do for Lichess.
