I'll probably watch. I probably won't stream because I won't be in Kathmandu. In March 2015, I needed one point from two games to get the CM title. It hurts me every time this tournament takes place.

Now that the titled bullet arenas have brought in more titled players to Lichess, would there be sufficient interest in a titled blitz arena?

No way! All the top players play only bullet and faster. Blitz and slower time controls are for amateurs. I have never seen Magnus Carlsen playing blitz or slower here.

#20 Exactly. That’s why MC becomes worse compared to his fellows. He should play chess and work on it. Guys, take it as a warning. Bullet is fun but it’s useless or even counterproductive. ^^

(Caruana for example is not such a bullet/blitz junkie).

Tie breaks in the main tournaments are all rapid, aren't they ??

Given the number of draws in OTB competition, being good in Rapid might pay off :)
