How are we supposed to get a title in lichess???????
My coach has a rating above 2400 and has beaten many IM's more than 3 so how do we get a title ???

Did they defeat you in chess game
you need to gain a title in real life
then send a verification form, linking to your official chess fide profile and a photo of you, smiling or being sad, holding up an ID or passport to prove that you are indeed a real human being.
Then you will be listed as a titled player on lichess
