How to handle losing streak !?

I used to be a 2120 4 days ago ... one day I lost 2 games .. kept on playing more games and lost all .. now I m 2078 .. how do I handle it !?
Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first.
This is a bit like with the gamblers, who lose a little money, then want to win it back and instead keep on losing all they have.

In chess fortunately it is only rating points we lose. But the principle involved is the same.

Trying to win back rating points rarely works. You need to play a game of chess for the love and fun of it and not for a desired result.

As soon as you start thinking about the outcome, your thoughts are not focused on the game and you'll end up losing more.

I know, because I am often guilty of the same crime!

Sometimes you just need to take a little break, maybe a day or two and then return with a fresh mind.

Maybe use the time to solve some puzzles or step away from chess and do something totally unrelated.

Whatever you do, don't forget that you don't play for some rating points, but because you enjoy the game! Have fun!
#2 is correct.....but when I start losing I play more and more games to increase my rating...but that result in a loss of more rating....so stop playing and analysing game immediately after game..will be good... Or when u lose continuously ....wash ur face with cold water...eat something sweet like chocolate.. Take a short break than start again, with fresh mood..!! :]
Edit: I didn't see #4 cos I was writing comment.
It has happened with me as well( in fact, it is happening). Sometimes, when it happens with me in tournaments, I ho berserk out of frustration without seeing my opponent's rating. It is completely wrong.
I find myself agreeing with @tpr, and to some extent, I agree with @Noluthando_Bhikisha as well.
Winning is the only proven method to fix a losing streak.
