Issues with Correspondence chess

Hello!

I'm currently having an issue with correspondence chess.

My favourite opponent and I are unable to rematch.

As you can see, we've played each other ALOT! Spanning many years
The score is currently 59-55

When I click rematch on the boardscreen, it doesn't issue a challenge
And also when I try to manually issue a challenge, it says I am unable to due to provisional ranking

Please help fix :)

My guess is you can't manually issue a challenge because you have a ? next to your rating. I'm not sure why you can't remaqch though.

Well somehow he sent a challenge to me now. All is well :)

This is not a unique problem. Whether it is the Klingons or the Romulans that have done it, it appears as though there is a ghost in the Lichess federation machine
