"Update Over" message

It would be nice to have a way of knowing when an update is fully implemented - it is nice to know when one is on the way, so I can finish my game, but it would be nice to know when everything is stable again - I do not play during updates, because I've seen all sorts of whacky things happen...

after you see the second message (the one that says "Brace for impact") your browser automatically reloads, and the update is over.

Oh - I thought that was for the start of the update
