Monthly patron system

So my friend have won a 13$- tournament and as he is a child he claimed the prize as patron
So will he get the patron wing for 1month or for 13months?

I'm not absolutely sure, but this sounds like a tournament which would include this message:
"This tournament is not organized by Lichess.
If it has prizes, Lichess is not responsible for paying them."

In that case, your friend needs to contact the tournament organizers regarding your question.

Technically your friend can ask the organizer to make 13 donations of one dollar to make it 13 months but I would doubt that they accept.

Yes.

13 times, in 13 different months. 13 times in the same month will still only be 1 month of patron.

Isn't there a way 13 times donating in 1month because there is no guarantee whether the sponsor account will be open or close

afaik, not direcly. if your child friend contacted lichess, they might work something out for them. or lichess might be angry about the extra useless work, who knows.
