Favourite Opponents

This function doesn't seem to work properly.

For example, I have played Ivillamil 126 times, yet we are listed as having played only 13. FOFIVIINIANOS has been my opponent 89 times, not the stated 38. elcordobes has played me on 68 occasions, but the tab shows 33.

What on earth is going on? It would be lovely to know who my favourite opponents actually are!

Isn't favorite opponent an oxymoron?

Maybe you are counting all the games while lichess counts only the rated games for the favourite opponent.

I think the feature is __ games out of the last 1000 games played. I have friends who I used to play a lot with but haven't played with recently who don't show up at the top of my list. Does that make the numbers more believable, or are they still wrong?

what does the number of games have to do with favorite opponent? my fav opponents are those that play interesting games and are friendly and play fair....it does not necessarily correlate to games I have played against a certain player.

#2 Normally yes, but here a 'favourite' opponent is someone with whom one has played many games
