On April 22, 2021 I participated in a GM Zhigalko_Sergei tournament where he was streaming. In the second game he played in this tournament, it was with me, where I was in white.

The game was almost tied until move 13, when I missed and the advantage started to go to him. After bid 17 I started delivering almost everything. Until on move 20, I do pre-move taking the rook on c8, but he also does it taking the knight on f3 with the pawn. I had little time and I was no longer understanding what was going on in the game, so I instinctively play the queen on e8 capturing the rook, at the time I thought it would bring some advantage, until while it was his turn to play I realized what I had just done. He takes the queen on e8 and I take the queen on e8#, at that point I was very happy and nervous too, because he was the strongest player I've ever faced and the first GM I've ever defeated.

After this match I still hadn't seen the computer analysis, I was afraid of getting banned by engine after it even though I hadn't used it. When I saw it, I saw that the only time I had the advantage was after his mistake.
